Action Committee

Mike Napoli, a newcomer to the board, has become the chair for the Riverside Park Action Committee, a group dedicated to the safety of the neighborhood. Art Show

Mark Hill will be the chairperson for the Art Show committee and is looking for volunteers to keep this event on track. The Art Show is planned to be in October 2012.

Code Issues

Code Enforcement of Fort Lauderdale has been working to clear up outstanding code issues in Riverside Park. See the latest report on the right.

Flea Market

Marie Bessett will be the chairperson for the Flea Market committee and is looking for volunteers. The timeframe for the flea market is in April 2012 starting at 8am on a Saturday. We will charge $10 per space at the park and sellers will need to bring their items to the park that morning.

Street Closures

Jeff, a former Board member, is taking the lead for a re-examination of the past street closures. To participate, contact Jeff at RPStreetClosures@gmail.com. Check out the minutes to the right from the latest meeting.
